What's New for the 2021 Audi e-tron In Memphis, TN

Higher range, lower price

First up, Audi made several enhancements to the 2021 e-tron by optimizing the drive system hardware and some changes to the software. The results of those improvements included an added range of 18 miles, to a total of an EPA-estimated range of 222 miles. The 2021 e-tron Sportback is just behind with a range of 218 miles. The e-tron lineup even gets the benefit of high-voltage battery improvements, including reduced power usage when it isn't needed and sustained battery performance throughout the e-tron's lifecycle.

Even with all of these improvements, Audi is still offering these SUVs at a lower MSRP, starting at $65,900. That's almost a 9,000$ decrease from the price of the 2019 Premium Plus e-tron.

Convenience Plus Package

This model year the e-tron SUV gets a unique package available. This package is the available Convenience Plus Package, which features the driver assistance package along with a Black exterior trim kit. This kit adds plenty of style to the e-tron through a matte black grille, front and rear bumper trim and matte black roof rails.

Commitment to an EV future

The improvements to the e-tron lineup help prove that Audi is committed to 30 percent of the U.S. model lineup being full or partially electric by 2025. Following the e-tron Sportback addition should be the fully electric e-tron GT high-performance sport sedan and the Audi Q4 e-tron compact SUV. The plug-in hybrid Audi Q5, A7 and A8 are also included in the electric plan of Audi, making them well on track to reach their goal.
