connect CARE

The CARE package is designed to give you the help you need in an emergency. It gives you access to SOS calls and roadside assistance. You can also remotely lock and unlock your car and use the Car Finder feature to remember where you parked. The CARE package is a complimentary suite of services that are available from the first day you take home your new Audi.

connect PRIME

With the connect PRIME services, you get access to even more connectivity features. Your new Audi comes with a six-month complimentary subscription to PRIME features including Google Earth™. View satellite images on your Audi's touchscreen. You can zoom in and out and drop a pin when you find someplace you want to go.

PRIME also gives advanced natural voice recognition technology. You can give your Audi commands in a natural, conversational way. For example, you can say, "Warm up the temperature to 72 degrees," or "Turn down the volume."

Another PRIME feature is Amazon Alexa™. Just like you use Alexa at home, you will have access to thousands of skills, and have control over your smart home devices.

connect PLUS

Just like with PRIME, your new Audi comes with a six-month complimentary subscription to connect PLUS. This package turns your Audi into a Wi-Fi® hotspot with an applicable data plan. You also get access to internet radio and over a million songs from the Amazon Music® library.

myAudi app

When you are not driving, you can stay connected to your Audi through the myAudi app. This app gives you access to many of the remote services available through the connect packages.
